MPC-HC arrows navigate Frame by Frame?

For me MPC-HC the left right arrows jumped frame by frame forward and when possible backwards. I recently installed it on a new PC and now the arrows jump 3-5 seconds, but still less then Alt-Arrow.

Is there any way to change the behavior to go frame by frame again. If not, what is the last version that has this behavior.

You can customize what the keys do:
Options > Player > Keys

Framestep is currently set to Ctrl+Left/Right.

The default was changed a few months ago as most people preferred small jump for Left/Right.

Thank you, that is exactly it. Ctrl- Arrow is the default for frame by frame which I changed to the way it was. Cannot believe I could not find it.
