Hi, I am having this issue with streaming that streaming link buffers for one or two seconds and then it stops whereas it buffers completely in vlc player. I am using windows 10 and latest codec pack.

It does buffer data. There is just no visual indication for it.

If you want to increase the buffer size, you can do so in the settings of LAV Splitter.
MPC-HC Menu > Play > Filters > LAV Splitter > Queue settings
