ManyCam: Free webcam software and screen recorder
The last version working for me was 14.7.5. All newer ones cause the program to crash when you quickly change .ts files from the Playlist. Even the program can not be restarted later. What changes should I make in the settings? I note that I am using an old laptop with Windows 7.
My second problem, no matter what version I use, is to turn off the program, when I try to load .ts files with resolution 854/480, is there any advice?
I am sorry for my English, I use a Google translator

Re: ManyCam: Free webcam software and screen recorder
Test if playback works correctly with the GraphStudioNext tool from the codec pack. If that also has a problem, then please upload one of your files somewhere for me.
Test if this helps:
Codec Tweak Tool > Codec and Filter Management > DirectShow > disable "DirectVobSub"

This is most likely fixed in version 14.9.7. Please test.

Yes, it works with GraphStudioNext, it also works in the newest version 6.7, but I checked the 5.8 and lower versions and the program turns off. I added a sample file:

The second problem disappears after turning off DirectVobSub. Also after the update it seems to be fine, thank you

Re: ManyCam: Free webcam software and screen recorder
Thanks for testing. So both problems are solved with 14.9.7?
Re: ManyCam: Free webcam software and screen recorder
No, the problem with files 854/480 in the lower versions of the program still exists, the program turns off when loading the file, I tested versions 4.1, 5.1 and 5.8. However, in version 6.7 it plays correctly.

Re: ManyCam: Free webcam software and screen recorder
That is the fault of Manycam. Its changelog mentions several crash fixes. So best is to use its latest version.

Unfortunately, for each new version, a new subscription is needed. Thank you for your help, best regards

Re: ManyCam: Free webcam software and screen recorder
854 is not a multiple of 4, which might be the reason why older versions of Manycam crash.
Something you could try:
Run the K-Lite (Mega) installer again and select ffdshow as decoder for H.264 video. I am assuming your videos use that format. You can verify with MediaInfo. They might also use MPEG-2.
Then in the settings of ffdshow video decoder, enable "Resize & Aspect" and on that page select "Expand to next multiple of 16".
This add a little bit of padding to the video when the width and height aren't already a multiple of 16. This can help to avoid bugs in applications that have trouble with certain sizes.
If this solves the problem, then you can try lowering 16 to 8/4 to minimize the amount of padding.
