Video playback problem on my new PC (Win10 Pro x64, i5 9600K, RTX 2070, DDR4 16GB)
My new PC was build just 10 days ago & I didn't have any prob until now, I watch lots of stuff everyday btw mostly anime & TV series & today for the first time I experience stuttering on anything I watch, the video kind of freeze & the sound keep repeating endlessly, I did a bit of research to find out what might cause this prob I checked my graphic drivers & I have the last update already installed, also I checked if my CPU reach max usage during playback & never goes over 25-26% & for the most part it stays under 20% also I have the last K-Lite Codec Pack installed, Version 14.9.4 Standard, I don't know what else to check so I need some help here from some experienced user who can guide me in the right path to fix this, so can someone help plz?

The stuttering is a common issue with the RTX cards and recent drivers.
430.53 hotfix driver:
https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/1108207/geforce-drivers/announcing-geforce-hotfix-driver-430-53-released-4-29-19-/
Here is a small tool to optimize nvidia settings for MPC-HC:
http://files2.codecguide.com/nvidiaProfileInspector2302.zip
This helps for a lot of people to get more stable playback.
CPU usage should be even lower than that. Perhaps hardware acceleration isn't enabled?
Also check your audio driver (Realtek?).

First of all thx for the reply, regarding what you suggest me to do, I have install the hotfix drivers & also confirm that my audio drivers is updated, about the hardware acceleration there is no such option where it should be & it seems that that's the case for many people who use Win10 so I couldn't do anything about that, about the Profile NVIDIA Settings I didn't know what to do here other than double click optimize_for_nvidia.bat file, but I also run the exe & printscreen the result in case you wanna check them to see if there is anything else I need to do plz take a look & tell me if there is anything else you could suggest me to do to fix my prob.

Copy this log here. Then I can check if I see anything unusual.

No issues in the log. Hardware acceleration is enabled. What kind of file were you playing that gave 25% CPU usage? MediaInfo can give details.
Does the problem also occur with low resolution videos?
Check if there is a BIOS update available for your motherboard.
Newer Realtek driver:

What you can also try is the generic "High Definition Audio Device" driver from Microsoft:

Actually yd I watch for about an hour various stuff & this time nothing happen although I did all the stuff you suggest me like installing the new NVIDIA drivers, using the optimize_for_nvidia.bat to optimize my settings also I uninstall the standard K-Lite pack & install the Mega K-Lite pack & I choose to install only x64 codecs no idea if that help or not, anyway if the prob re-appear I'm gonna tell you, thanks a lot for all the help man

Maybe a reboot was required after optimized the NVIDIA settings for full effect.
Good news.

Yep exactly the link you gave me for the 'NVIDIA Profile Inspector' was the solution but it requires reboot for it to work, so if anyone else appear that have the same prob with me try this first use this in the link & reboot after & this will probably solve your prob, thx again man I don't know what I would have done if not for your help
