Is there a way to Play .264 Files from IP SECURITY CAMERAS...?

So long, I can just Play but is extremely slow and can't forward nor jump in time.

I have no audio either.

I'm running Windows 10 64 bits.

I have MPC-HC Version 1.8.3.1 Oct 8 2018

Such files are raw video streams. It does not contains audio.

If you mux it into a container format (such as .mkv), then seeking will work normally. You can do that with MkvToolNix.
