Latest MPC-HC support ONLY INTEGRATED GRAPHIC CARD (not diskrete)

In nVidia control panel while select mpc-hc, preffered graphic processor are grayed. Earlier I can change from integrated to nVidia

And in filters - LAV Video decoder (internal), I can't change hardwar video decoder to use, only integrated in CPU. Earlier I can change

This is controlled by Windows and the driver.

worked only nvidiaProfileInspector. (but Windows 10 build 1809) But why nVidia removed from MPC-HC, don't nkow, nVidia driver same was be.

Apply reg http://4pda.ru/forum/dl/post/15733621/CoProcManager.reg

Rename mpc-hc64.exe to mpc-hc64_nvo.exe

Start nvidia control panel and set mpc-hc64_nvo.exe to nvidia gpu. If can't, use nvidia profile editor to enable gpu choices

So the option in the Windows settings did not work? Did you try a restart?

Maybe the option in Windows only works with "DCH" variant of the driver. It would be interesting if you or someone else could test that.

I make it up, with registry settings.
I think it's becouse I'm install K-Lite before install driver with nVidia optimus (native Windows nVidia driver)

You can change the Windows setting at any time.
