Hi! So I get this error message when I load a video and press D button. Never had this before. Any idea how to fix this?

Options > Subtitles > Misc > Right-click on OpenSubtitles > Reset

Reset option is grayed out. I can't click it. Only Setup. Do I need an account on OpenSubtitles to work?

No, an account is not needed.

I just tried subtitle search and it worked here. So perhaps their server was offline when you tried. Or your IP was blocked.
