Question about playlists

Hello, I keep a TV series in a single folder and I have tried adding a whole series to a playlist which works fine, but the issue I am having is when I want to resume the playlist it will start from the very first episode again. Is there a way to get the playlist to remember what episode and position I was on when I close it off, so I can resume from that very spot again another time.
I know mpc can remember file position on a single file but it's not working for whole series playlists, any help would be awesome thanks.

It is not possible at this moment. But there may be an option for it in the future.

Instead of creating a playlist you also could do this:
options > playback > after playback > play next file in folder

In that case it will continue with last played file when you open the player.
