new problems
Hi, I am a loyal user, i already use k lite codec mega pack for 7 years and there's never a problem
problem came when I replaced a new pc
spek :
Ryzen 5 2600
Rx 570
Ram 8GB
Win 10
when i playing video > the top of the video shows the image is not balanced, the picture is left above and right below. so that the line is not balanced
Too bad the problem is not visible when in the screenshot
any solution ?
note : I have tried another player, there is no problem with other players

Re: new problems
Do you mean there is a "tear" in the video, like a cut in a piece of paper?
Two things to try:
1) Disable "Enhanced Sync" and "Freesync" in AMD settings
2) Press V while playing in MPC-HC to enable VSync

I already tested it, this is a freesync problem i try 2) Press V while playing in MPC-HC to enable VSync (Not Working),
Disable "Enhanced Sync" and "Freesync" in AMD settings ( This Working).
but can u fixed without turn off freesync ???, i try VLC not have this problem
I really like MPC-HC

Re: new problems
Proper video playback requires a constant refresh rate. You can either disable Enhanced Sync and Freesync globally in the driver settings, or you can create an application profile for MPC-HC and disable them there.
To add an application profile:
AMD settings > Gaming > Add > Browse > "C:\Program Files (x86)\K-Lite Codec Pack\MPC-HC64\mpc-hc64.exe"
I recommend to disable them globally. If you wish to use them in combination with a certain game, then create profile for that game.
VLC doesn't use the EVR video renderer from Windows, so not all graphics driver settings have effect on it. The driver might also contain a default profile for it. Older AMD drivers also used to work good with MPC-HC.
