I GET SOUND BUT NO PICTURES Empty I GET SOUND BUT NO PICTURES

Recently my pc has been cleaned out and windows 7 reinstalled, however I have a problem with viewing videos. I have installed K-Lite_Codec_Pack_1452_Full but the problem persists. Would appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks, Gloria
