MPC-BE + K-Lite (step by step please)

Hi. I would really love to use MPC-BE with K-Lite Codec Pack (and madVR). I don't know what setting to change and where. I have seen mention "you need to disable internal filters in MPC-BE...". As I have not done this before, I would appreciate a more elaborate tutorial, or a screenshot if possible. Thank you.

Edit: I wouldn't want MPC-BE if there was a way to copy it's toolbar skin into MPC-HC. But that seems impossible...

You can change the skin in MPC-HC by placing a toolbar.bmp (or .png or .svg) file in the same folder. You can find several different ones online, for example at deviantart.com

You can select Madvr in BE:
options > playback > output

Disabling the internal filters is not required.
