Enable OpenSubtitles VIP

Trying to figure out where to input opensubtitles username and password to get VIP subs without ads. Below are lines that are in .srt files when auto download as non-VIP member of opensubtitles. I've been going through each auto downloaded sub to remove the ad lines. Please advise.
