I'd like to use Win7DSFilterTweaker to change the filter of H264 in the installer which I developed, is it allowed?
What kind of license is applied to this application?

A description of what the software does is fine too. I just want a little information before allowing usage to avoid any potential misuse. For optimal compatibility I recommend using the "use merit" setting.

The software is a video player that can play 4K even on Windows7.
