That is normal. Including LFE channel in downmix is optional. Not all speakers are good at reproducing low frequencies. Some movies also contain unwanted high frequency sounds in their LFE channel, which can reduce quality if played on normal speaker instead of subwoofer.
To enable it:
Codec Tweak Tool > Audio Output > Include LFE

Thanks for answer!
Think about it much time. And think if film have sound on 0.1 (LFE), that it transmit some sound load, that plan author of film.
I too want listen what contain LFE of different films and through settings i unable set only LFE channel, always stay stereo channel (try remap mpc). If you know way to do this, please say. It help finally decide, have it matter or not.

And additionally question.
Phrase "To minimize sound distortion, it is recommended to keep player volume at around 85% when playing loud lossy-encoded content" it relate sound level mpc-hc or other? Now i have 3 sound level: system, mpc-hc and music center. Other too keep not more than 85%?

System volume below maximum should be fine. That recommendation is only for rare cases.
I am not sure I understand your other question. Why would you want to listen to only LFE channel?

To know what i miss if off him. How now i understand 0.1 channel may have some sound.
Test fragment in stereo, but i try show what 0.1 channel can contain. If something about this erase from sound scene of film, i dont want this.

To hear LFE only:
1) LAV Audio Decoder -> Disable mixer
2) MPC-HC audio switcher -> Custom channel mapping
For 6 (and 8) input channels.
