MPC-HC 1.7.17.9 - mini issue with Playlist Window OnTop

Hello Dear MPC Team,

i have a problem and wanted to let you know so you might fix in later releases.

The Problem:
I have set in Options many Auto-Save things, like Window Size, Position, Playlist etc.
When i Playback (most of the time Dvds) i switch to fullscreen mode.
When i right click to exit, it saves things and exit.

When i open MPC again, it is Fullscreen displayed.
The Playlist Window (wich i configured to hide in Fullscreen) stay OnTop.
Playback anything will not Hide Playlist properly.
Note: Playlist is not inside MPC Window, i dragged it out.

For now, only solution is to either close Playlist or switch Window from Fullscreen to Windows back to Fullscreen.

I guess it is just a little check that needs to be done,
MPC-HC is great, best Media-Player i know so far, you have done a very good job,

I use x64 Build on Windows 10 x64.

Since its no real bug, just a little finishing touch, no need to hurry.

Keep up that great work with K-Lite and MPC-HC, it is one of the standards wich every Pc should have!
