Unable to seek in MPC if the mouse doesn't change position

Since the version 14.3.0 the seek doesn't work in MPC-HC (which is the version 17.7) if I don't move the mouse.

VLC, Movie & TV and WMP were working fine. MPC-HC 17.6 was working fine too. Therefore if I replace the version 17.7 with the version 17.6 it's working fine again.

I can reproduce. Will try to fix asap.
