I have 4 GB RAM 2GB Nvidia 630M graphic card [machine name asus k53 sm]
installed OS - windows 7 64 bit ultimate..

whenever i m playing the video audio video doesnt sync and sometime video stops sometime audio stops.. it video play like its lagging.. is there any way to play it without upgrading hardware?

Your system is not capable of smooth playback of such videos.
