LAV decoder crashes player with dual video streams

In the more recent versions of the codec pack this year, and I'm on k-lite 14.2.5 currently, I cannot select a second video stream in a matroska video without LAV locking up and crashing my player. Happens in every media player I've tried, MPC and even WMP. This is unfortunate since this was working in an earlier build I'm not sure the number of. If anyone knows of this problem I'm all ears

Can you give a link to a video that is currently crashing? A torrent is fine.
