Select Madvr as video renderer in MPC-HC.

The optimal settings in Madvr depend on how powerful your graphics card is.

Madvr settings:
scaling algorithms > chroma upscaling > NGU > Anti-alias high quality
scaling algorithms > image downscaling > SSIM
scaling algorithms > image upscaling > NGU Sharp > high quality

DXVA2 copy-back hardware acceleration. No other changes are needed.
