Trying to watch older show on MPH but i cant use the playback slider

I am trying to watch some old rips of Samurai Jack but everytime i try to move the playback slider the clip starts again, i tested it on VLC and i can use the slider fine there.
I play all my files with the default settings, do i need to change something on MPH?

Here is the torrent link, i tested episodes of each season and they all have the same issue.
I got the torrent last year but the torrent itself is 6 year old and i was able to slider scroll fine back then using MPC.

Thanks. I can reproduce it. I will try to fix it.

As a workaround you can fix it with:
MPC-HC options > Tweaks > disable "Fast Seek"

Will work properly in next version, even with fast seek enabled.
