Specify start and (optionally) end time of playback in playlist

Is there any way to do this?

Example:

Start playing "shaolin soccer" from 1 hor and end at 1:30 time.

MPCPLAYLIST
1,type,0
1,filename,I:\Shaolin Soccer.mkv,01:00:00,01:30:00

No, this is not possible for playlist.

The player does have a command-line parameter for starting a single file at a specific position:
/startpos hhss
