That message is displayed by Windows.
When connecting the phone, can you choose the type of connection? Select "Mass storage mode" instead of "Media Transfer Protocol (MTP)".

Re: It is possible disable this annoying message?
I dont see any "Mass storage mode" only "Media Transfer Protocol (MTP)" that can transfer files, i tried this command regsvr32 /u wpdshext.dll in Command Prompt in administrator but not worked, i already restarted but message keep appearing, tried ShellExView to disable Portable Devices Menu restarted the computer but not worked too. Maybe because this annoying message can't disable. Thanks anyway.

Which phone do you have?
The transfer mode might be hidden somewhere in its settings.

Re: It is possible disable this annoying message?
I have searched and it doesn't seem possible on modern Android versions.
Re: It is possible disable this annoying message?
This is stupid Windows behavior that has to do with the way Microsoft implemented MTP. It has a list of known formats that will work on 99,999% of the phones. .MKV files aren't one of them, because MKV isn't a commercial format(even though it's free to use commercially) widely used by the movie industry. It's totally ridiculous but the only way is using one of the hacks described by admin.
There really needs to be a new standard(or updated) that allows devices to expose video format capability(or just the ability to disable the prompt) MTP file tracing is very slow(even though actual copying is still fast), and it's also flawed in many ways.
