MPC-HC Color Controls doesnt work.

Hello.I need a help to figure this out.
The problem is that Color controls not working with DVD mpeg-ps files because of deinterlacing if i choose Nvidia settings instead of video player settings in Adjust video color settings of control panel.This problem happens in both Madv and EVR.I am using Nvidia settings to force Full Dynamic Range for Browser videos because with the video player settings it defaults to Limited Dynamic Range.

The player can't adjust colors in the standard way if you use NVIDIA settings. Only when it is application controlled.

You could use the "picture properties" settings of ffdshow raw video processor. But that is not an ideal solution.

But color controls with Nvidia settings work for all other formats like Avi,Mp4,Mkv or WMV and it works with Mpeg-ps if i use Madvr and disable deinterlacing but it looks terrible during motion.Thanks anyway.

I meant that when you select "Nvidia settings" you can only adjust in Nvidia Control Panel, not in player.

If it doesn't work with interlaced video, then it must be a bug in the Nvidia driver. You can enable deinterlacing (Yadif) in LAV Video decoder instead.

Thanks (Yadif) works but strangely MPC-HC color controls is adjustable with "Nvidia settings" for me and if its bug please don't fix it
And now about (Yadif).Should i turn it on and leave it or use it only when watching interlaced material,what it does if there is no interlacing in video and should it be set in video or film mode,what is the difference.

If color controls keep working that is fine

You can safely keep Yadif enabled. It only gets used when the video is interlaced. Video output mode is correct.
