Windows 10 Preview Pane

I will make this very simple to understand
This is what I want as the end result

Any suggestions?

Both have K Lite Codec Pack & Icaros installed/activated.
Both have the attachment embedded within the mkv file.

Folder Options > disable "Show preview handlers in preview pane"
