New to this

Hi everyone:

I used to have the Kawaii CCP installed. But since the project was left, i use to play mi videos with MPHC and Madvr.

Looking on the internet, i arrived to your site. My question is: I'm a total newbie in this new terms, and i just don't know much of codecs and all that stuff. I just want to watch videos in good quality. Downloading the standard version of the Codec Setup, will allow me to do this? Or i need to tweak some settings? If the answer is yes, which?

Everything's included but MadVR you're going to have to setup yourself(MadVR isn't meant for the average user), the configuration wizard of KLCP Installer has almost everything the average user needs covered though.

Just install with default settings. Only change you need to make is to select MadVR as the video renderer for MPC-HC.

Then open MadVR settings and select the desired image upscaling algorithm. Kawaii had very simplistic presets. Jinc was their highest preset.
