K-Lite Codec Pack - Information for IT Audit

Hey,

I have a question about K-Lite Codec Pack licensing (if there is any).

-Can it be used legally for business use?
-Is it legal to backup it multiple times?
-Is there any user agreement (If yes, I couldn't find it)
-Does it use some kind of Public licensing?

I need to evaluate this software for IT Audit purposes, and I think there should be a little more information about it.
