Error when playing a movie

Greetings, I have been using k lite codec pack for many years now and is absolutely fantastic, never have I had a problem with it until just recently. I will relate my experience, I upgraded to version 13.4.5 and tried to play a movie, that's when the error first appeared, I believed that the file was corrupted, then I tried to play another movie I had previously watched, to my surprise, the same error appeared, I came to the logical conclusion that it was a compatibility problem, so I uninstalled k lite codec pack and reinstalled version 13.3.5 to no avail, again the error appeared whenever I tried to play any movie (.mkv or .mp4), so I used "windows system restore" which was successfully completed, but the error still appears when I try to play any movie, I don't know what else to do (I am generally good with computers), please help me, I used windows 8.1, I will leave below a screenshot of the error, if you need more information please tell me.
