K-Lite Made BS Player Audio Streams and Subtitles Disabled
Hello,
So I just installed the Standard version of K-Lite so that I can watch some H.265 and now I cannot longer select any audio stream or subtitle in BS Player. They always show up as disabled, despite having multiple audio sources and subtitles, which work in other players.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
Thank you.

You can also select streams in the system tray icon of LAV Splitter.
I haven't used BSPlayer in a very long time, so for more specific help you should ask on their forum. I sounds like a bug in the player.

Thank you for your idea, however, I do not have any related icon in the tray apart from BS Player.
I tried to use the 'Fixes' (which found 2 wrong bits) and 'Reset' buttons from CodecTweakTool, however, nothing has been changed. I also posted on BS Player forum, hopefully somehow will have an idea.
What other player would you recommend? I use BS Player because it is very fast, eats very few resources and it is reliable. I installed KMPlayer a few hours ago and I managed to crash it in 30 seconds, just by seeking into a H.264 movie... Brilliant.
Thank you.
Update: Just uninstalled K-Lite and everything seems to be back to normal, but with something extra! BS Player can now play H.265 movies! That was the reason why I installed K-Lite, and now it is still working. How come? Did it install anything into BS Player that stayed there, hence why I can see 265 movies?

Re: K-Lite Made BS Player Audio Streams and Subtitles Disabled
I recommend using MPC-HC as player. It is included with the codec pack.
BSPlayer probably installed some codecs too. Maybe the Codec Tweak Tool fixed it.

I installed MPC-HC as well and it seems pretty reliable so far!
Thank you for your suggestion and help.
