K-Lite Codec Update 13.4.2 Empty K-Lite Codec Update 13.4.2

The update 13.4.2 does not get installed over K-lite Codec version 13.4.0 Mega on Windows Vista Starter 32 bit OS.
Reason - OS is 32 bit only and no 64 bit component can get installed. Hence, the update setup installation rollback.

How to correctly/properly update to ver 13.4.2 on Win Vista Starter 32 bit OS? Please guide. Thanks.
