G.729a audio file .wav not playing

Hello,

I've been pulling my hair for the past week trying to find a way to play a g729-encoded .wav file I have before I found that the klite pack added g729 support not that long ago after the copyrights expired. I installed klite full, rebooted, and have tried playing the file again, but I'm still getting nothing. MediaInfo recognizes it as g729, so I'm not sure what else I can do to play it. I've tried WMP, VLC, Foobar, Klite/MPC...I'm at my wits end. Any help would be appreciated.
