add support for vtt subtitles
as the title says, i wish if you could add the ability to run vtt subtitles. it works with vlc but not with mega codec.

There are no plans for this. You can submit a feature request to MPC-HC. But developers are currently too busy with more important things.
You can however easily convert most .vtt files to .srt:
1) Open it with a text editor.
2) Remove the first line which says "WEBVTT". There may be some other optional header lines belong it. Remove those too.
3) Replace the dots in the timecodes by commas. Use search&replace functionality of your editor to do it quickly.
4) Rename file to .srt
This should work as long as the file doesn't use any of the advanced WebVTT features.

Well, it didn't work.
but another solution did, i loaded the vtt subtitle to this website

and then downloaded it back again as srt
