Upgrade yesterday, and made a clean install  today. Mediainfo v 7.9.7 hangs an do not show up in Windows 7 x64 ultimate.https://2img.net/i/fa/i/smiles/icon_redface.gif

Should be fixed in version 13.3.4 of the codec pack.
