Hello
The problem is that when you zoom in with numpad 9 and then want to go up down left or right it's very limited and very slow
I found out that potplayer is based on the same code and has the same function and it works as it should

It isn't slow here. The functionality is based on PixelShaders so the performance of you GPU may affect the speed.

Don't expect any improvements, since the developers of MPC-HC don't have time to work in this specific functionality.
