You mean turning 24fps video into 60fps using interpolation? There are other ways but it is not beneficial for quality.

Why madvr need to download separately from K-lite Codec Pack?

Madvr is included with the K-Lite Codec Pack (Standard/Full/Mega). You don't need to download it separately.

You can select it in:
MPC-HC options > Playback > Output
(or during installation)

Yes you are right. It showed that madvr is unavailable. I reinstalled the K-lite Codec Pack and selected it. Now OK. Thank you.
