About Dolby Atmos
Hi , i have been long time haven't visit this forum course i got no problem at all with using your Codec Pack !!!
You did a very Good Job !!!!!!!!!!!!
Here 2 questions , when i upgrade Old 5.1 Speaker to 9.1 Headphones .
Now , i am using sony MDR-HW700DS Headphones ( HDMI output ) with " Dolby Atmos for Headphones " in windows 10.
When i instill K-Lite Codec Pack Mega , i choose " lot of thing" and audio output : Same as input.
1. Do i need to change any Audio Decoders setting to get the best sound experience?
2. For now in setting only see 8 Audio Channels( 7.1 ) , in the future will it get more Audio Channels option since HDMI 2.1 in club 32 Audio Channels or USB 3.0 can carry more ?
Or build an option that maybe call " Dolby Atmos " or " DTS:X " or something , just like setting in windows below?
( option only can see or use when user ( like me ) have pay for Dolby or DTS or something for sure. )

Re: About Dolby Atmos
1) The audio decoders are already configured correctly
2) The audio formats that the decoders currently can decode never use more than 8 channels.
