MPC all Subtitle options are grayed out. Empty MPC all Subtitle options are grayed out.

Hi everyone,
i have problem running subtitles on MPC. it happened recently and i'm not sure what caused it exactly. I don't usually change settings too.
the problem is that i can't open any kind of subtitle and i can't even have the MPC auto download them and even manually. All subtitle options are grayed out and cannot be accessed. if i go to options>playback>output everything seems to be ok since the subtitles are checked.
i tried to reset it from the tweak tool and i changed video renderer,
i tried to uninstall the codec pack and still i get the same problem.
i would really appreciate if you could help me solve this because MPC is my favorite video player.
and thank you in advance.

here are my log info.

During playback look at:
Menu > Play > Filters

You should see "Enhanced Video Renderer (Custom Presenter)" in the list. If not, there may be a problem with evr.dll on your computer. That is a file from Windows. Check if the file exists in the Windows system32 folder.

Let see if re-registering that file solves it.

Right-click on Start button > Command Prompt (Administrator) > regsvr32 evr.dll
