MPC-HC x86 and x64
The recent packages contain both x86 and x64 versions of MPC-HC. I usually only installed x64 but I found out that some of the codecs of filters might not work with x64 versions. If this true?
Would you recommend installing both as a precocious or stay with x64?
BTW I use Windows 7 x64 Professional.

Re: MPC-HC x86 and x64
Both have been included since the beginning.
The only codec in the pack that is for x86 only is DCBassSource. That is used for decoding OptimFrog and Tracker audio files. Those are very rare formats, so I doubt you have such files. If you have, you will recognize the names of those formats.
So you probably don't need the x86 version.

Thank you very much. That's exactly the answer I was looking for.
Do you know if DCBassSource will be available in x64 in the future? It would be nice to have it in x64 version to complete the package.

Re: MPC-HC x86 and x64
It is very unlikely that a x64 version of DCBassSource will become available. It is not actively being developed.
