Directory Context Menu Reenabled Empty Directory Context Menu Reenabled

Sometimes after an update, MPC's directory context menu got re-enabled even if I disabled it before.
Just a minor annoyance but will be great if it can be fixed.

It should not recreate those entries if you keep "quick upgrade" checkbox enabled when updating the pack.

But I always use quick upgrade option (even though sometimes I disabled it to view if there's any new option, but I always go back before installation start and use quick upgrade). I will provide more details when I encounter this problem again.
