MKV thumbnails Empty MKV thumbnails

Hello!
After the cache cleaning and pc reboot,  windows explorer don't displays the mkv thumbs.
I need to deactivate and reactivate the mkv thumbs by the codec tweak tool.

Why?

It was probably set to some other thumbnailer plugin. Disable and re-enable changes that to Icaros from the codec pack.

Windows itself also contains a thumbnail plugin from Microsoft.

Does this problem occur every time after cleaning the cache, or just once?

I'm sorry, cleaning the cache nothing to do with it. Embarassed

I did other tests and I noticed the error occurs after the windows explorer restart or after a logoff/login.
