Menu > Play > Filters
Which filters are listed there? If you see ffdshow video, then click on it and disable subtitles.

The big one was generated by the internal subtitle renderer of MPC-HC, which you have now disabled in the splitter.
I think the small subtitles are hardcoded in the video. Because I don't see anything else in the filter list that renderers subtitles. Hardcoded subtitles can't be removed
