Recorded phone calls not playing...

Hi, I'm using Win-Spy to monitor and record my employees conversations. I have one employees phone that saves the recorded phone calls (Samsung Galaxy S5) but when I download the files and attempt to play them I get an error on every file. I've tried using GOM player, Windows Media Player Classic, Real Player, VLC and several file converter programs with no luck. Apparently the files are .3gpp files but when I download them they show up as .mp3 files. I've tried saving them as many different media formats and nothing works. I've tried using online file conversion sites and they all say "not an .mp3 file).  When I try to open one of the files with Windows Media Player Classic Home Cenima with the klite codec pack installed I get this error for each file:

Yes, please upload a sample file. Preferably a test call that I can share with developers if needed. A few seconds is enough.

The files that you have uploaded are just 32 bytes in size. So it seems something goes wrong when you are downloading the files from the phone. They are incomplete.
