Uninstall K-Lite Codec Pack 11.3.6 helped.
But when I installed 12.6.5 I get much more same errors in different programs, such as Viber,
I need K-Lite Codec Pack, but I need more stable work with MovieMaker and others programs.
Any help?

Remove all those codecs from c:\windows\syswow64\ssfilter
They are old and redundant.

Update codec pack to version 12.7.0

The crashes appear to happen in DLLs from Windows. So perhaps there is a damaged file. Here is how you can scan for and fix damaged Windows files:
Start > Accessories > Command Prompt (right-click and Run as Administrator) > sfc.exe /scannow

If it still happens after that you can use the Codec Tweak Tool to (temporarily) disable the codecs from the pack. Disable them one by one and test if that makes any difference.

Most likely suspect would be: Lame ACM MP3 Codec.
