MPC-64bit wont resume from suspension

Well as the title states MPC-64bit wont resume from suspension and I have to the program using my Windows 10 Pro 64bit task bar.

I am using latest K-Lite Codec Pack 12.6.0 but I know it was happening on earlier builds but at one time it was working properly.

I like to be able to fix this problem so I can watch my shows an then be able to return to them later.

MCP-HC options > Playback > output > reinitialize when changing display
