The Media Player Classic which came along with this Latest K-Lite Mega version has weird abnormal behavior compared to previous version of K-Lite.
The problem is: Everything reset to its default when I'm installing this new version, however I barely make any changes to previous K-Lite settings.

In this version of K-Lite, the Media Player Classic seems a bit late for showing any subtitles, all kind I mean, srt, ass, vobsub.
and then I try to download latest version Stand alone MPC-HC x64 from MPC-HC.org. Simply installing it without making any changes.
Now you should notice my Computer has both Media Player Classic which came along with K-Lite 12.3.5 AND MPC-HC x64 ver 1.7.10. Both Player are latest version.

Now then, I tried to load same Movie file on Media Player Classic and MPC-HC x64, and the one on Media Player Classic the Subtitle coming late. Meanwhile the one on MPC-HC x64 the Subtitle are just right timing.

I tried opening "Options" section on both player, and make sure every settings are exactly same, even in Subtitle section, no value changed (Still developer's default setting) but however the Media Player Classic seems rendering subtitle too late, but MPC-HC x64 is just perfectly synced.

That is certainly not normal. The codec pack actually contains a newer version (1.7.10.252) but that doesn't matter at all since it works correctly for others.

Check these settings:
options > playback > output > video renderer > Enhanced Video Renderer (custom presenter)
options > playback > output > subtitle renderer > Internal Subtitle Renderer

During playback:
Menu > Play > Filters
There you should see LAV Splitter and Decoders.

With F1/F2 you can decrease/increase subtitle delay in steps of 500ms. Do these keys have any effect? You should see the total delay in the status bar.

Disabling hardware acceleration in the video decoder might solve the problem. Another user has a similar problem that was solved that way.
