Video Brightness Changes Depending on Which Screen the Video window is placed on
i recently noticed that all of my videos change brightness depending on which screen i play the video on ive tryed checking the settings and changing them but i cant seem to make it so the video stays the same Brightness no matter which screen its playing on its also dose not change the brightness untill the video is playing if i pause it and move the play from 1 screen to another it wont change brightness till i begin playing it again
if any more infomation is required please let me know ill get it ASAP

First update your codecs:

Is your second screen a TV or a regular monitor? If it is a TV, look in your NVIDIA control panel for a HDMI output setting. Set it to "full range (0-255) / PC range". Your TV should also have a setting for selecting the input luminance range.

thanks went in a reset all the NVIDIA settings and set them to how they should be and now it looks great must have been the last update from NVIDIA
