TMP files after instalation

Hello,

i just uninstalled older version of K-Lite and installed version 12.3.5, Basic.

After installation has finished i noticed a list of files on my C partition. Here's a screenshot:


Are these files used by K-Lite?

Those files are automatically removed the next time you start Windows. They were in use during the upgrade and have been moved to allow them to be replaced with newer versions. This method is used so you don't need to reboot immediately after install.
