Dear Sirs,

I'm getting this troubleshooting since two days. I'm having Windows 10 and using Microsoft Edge as Browser. When I try to watch a Video in streaming it appears this message of error: "This type of files Video isn't supported". I've installed twice the K-Lite Codec, but any improvement. When I delete all the Chronology, I can watch a Video whatever in streaming, but only for one time. Then the same error occurs. Can anybody help me, please?
