Relocate (move) subtitles horizontally or vertically?

I can't believe there's no key for moving subtitles horizontally or vertically. I wouldn't need it shift horizontally, but a couple of shortcut keys for shifting the subtitles vertically could come really handy, especially when we have so many different aspect-ratios of videos. Could anyone take a note to add this feature in coming update. I'd really appreciate it. I've been using k-lite for more than a decade. Cheers.

The developers of MPC-HC are quite busy at the moment. But maybe such an option will be available in the future.

Options > Subtitles > Default Style > "position subtitles relative to video frame" should be either unchecked or semi-checked (K-Lite default)
Then subtitles will be placed near the bottom when you watch in full screen. You can reduce the bottom margin to move it further down.

Hey admin, i've tried using both options but that didn't work for some videos. Also, it's very inconvenient to change the percentage every time I want to shift the subtitles vertically. If you could add an option in the shortcut keys menu, we all would really appreciate that.

woah that feature request is like 4 years old I hope you can escalate it at least now.

The developers of MPC-HC all do things as a hobby in their spare time. They decide what they want to work on. I have no influence on that.
