Unable to update
Whenever I get the update message, no matter what I do I get various warnings that I don't have permission, specified link unknown, my security software says the link I clicked on is malicious or that I need to download the updater. Every link I click on it's the same thing.
Why am I not able to update my K Lite codec pack?
I you need snapshots of the various denials, let me know and I'll try to go through the process again.

Re: Unable to update
Yes, I would like to have details about that security software.
This is a direct link to the latest update:

Re: Unable to update
Thank you Admin for your response.
My security software is Norton 360/Internet Security.
I used the link you provided. Unable to update. I can't find a link to upload a snip of what I get. What it says is - "You currently have version 11.7.5 of the K-Lite Codec pack installed and that version is too old. The update only works with version 12.2.2 of the pack. You must download and use the normal codec pack installer (Basic/Standard/Full/Mega) if you want to update your current installation.
I've searched throughout several web sites for the normal installer and have had no success. Everything I click on it deemed malicious and is removed from my computer.
Any link to the normal installer appreciated.
(FYI - when I used your link, my security software said it was good)
Thank you

Re: Unable to update
The update only works if you use a recent version. You can download the normal installer here:
http://codecguide.com/klcp_beta.htm
Can you make a screenshot of the message that Norton shows? You can upload the image to for example http://www.tinypic.com

Re: Unable to update
Using servimg.com like you did is fine too.
The filename in your screenshot does not match the real file. The real files have a name like "K-Lite_Codec_Pack_1225_Standard.exe". I think you might be clicking on an advertisement instead of the real download link.
