MPC - 4K videos slow playback :(
Hello
I really Love MPC. It's my favorite Player.
But I have 4k videos and unfortunately MPC can't play them smoothly. My other players like KMPlayer and PowerDVD 16 and VLC play them very well. Tell my why MPC can't
I am newbie with Video setting like Codec, Decoder, Renderer, Decoding method & etc. Please tell me what "settings" must be changed in order to play them without any lag. What decoder must be selected? What renderers? Please guide me
SOME NOTES :
I have a powerful laptop (corei7-8GB RAM-4GB VGA-250GB SSD)
Other players can play them without any problem
I will upload Mediainfo as a screenshot
Please give me a solution

Go to LAV Video Decoder settings and enable hardware acceleration. Choose "DXVA2 (native)" and enable the H.264 and UHD/4k checkboxes.
Then your graphics card will do most of the work when decoding the video.

Thanks,
DXVA2 has a good effect on frame rate & improves playback speed very much. But FPS drops sometimes to 26 or 27 frame per second (especially when I backward/forward video). As you see in the screenshot KMPlayer plays the file in a constant speed with 29.7 FPS smoothly.
Please help me.
Even enabling Nvidia High-Performance setting for mpc-hd.exe can't solve problem
I reinstalled K-lite mega
I'm sure my PC is healthy and only MPC has this problem
I'm sure changing the setting can solve my problem entirely

As you see in the first screenshot "Intel HD Graphic" render the video instead of Nvidia GeForce although I've selected DXVA2 (native) and ticked UHD video. How do you interpret this?
(of course I found a tricky ,but not great, solution : https://imgur.com/7urltRu )

Is NV12 output format enabled in LAV Video decoder?
Also, your screenshot indicates that DXVA is not being used.

Re: MPC - 4K videos slow playback :(
I found, It was enable:
Yeah I know. I change it severally to others cases like CUVID and etc. I'will upload a 26 fps with dxva2 immediately.

If you use DXVA2 (copy-back) then you can select the NVIDIA GPU.
Re: MPC - 4K videos slow playback :(
It turned terrible when Nvidia 840m got active

Sorry, I can't help that way.
Try updating the Intel and NVidia graphics drivers.

I've updated them. No difference. In the end of this topic I thank you again for helping & also I have 2 question for ending.
1 : what kind of setting do Powerdvd & KMPlayer use for rendering and decoding method? Software methods or hardware ones? (I really wonder how a freeware like KMPlayer can simply play them without Nvidia card assist)
2 : I think codec is a program that can both encode and decode, and Also I think MPC use two codecs (ffdshow and LAV). Right until here? Does MPC use these codecs exclusively or other softwares can legally use them as their codecs? What codec do "KMPlayer & VLC & Powerdvd & PotPlayer" use? Are they better than mpc's codecs (=lav & ffdshow)?
Thanks so much and sorry for my absolutely bad English!

All DirectShow players are capable of using LAV (and ffdshow). That includes KMPlayer. However, it uses its own codecs by default. But you can change that in its settings. Its internal ones are very similar to LAV.
VLC only uses its own private codecs.
Have you tried MPC with hardware acceleration disabled?
